Who you contract with
Your contract is with LISTORYN SERVICE PACKAGES LTD, trading as ListorynServicePackages. Our legal registration and correspondence details are set out in the footer. These terms apply alongside the written quotation and order confirmation.
The design services
We offer Screen Starter, Multi-Screen Content and Monthly Screen Refresh for digital signage content. The catalogue quantities indicate typical scope. Your quotation defines the actual designs, updates, output specifications and any refresh period or continuing arrangement.
The services concern screen content design. They do not include supplying screens, physical installation or operating your signage system. A stated playback requirement is an input to the agreed specification, rather than a promise of compatibility with every device.
Making a contract
An enquiry is an invitation to discuss the work and does not create an order. We provide a written quotation for your review. After you accept it in writing, we issue order confirmation; the contract is made when that confirmation is issued. Check the scope and raise any discrepancy before accepting.
Price and taxes
Before payment, the quotation states the full price in pounds sterling (GBP), applicable taxes, scope, delivery schedule and included revisions. Additional work or changed requirements need a further written agreement, including any price change, before that work proceeds.
Payment arrangements
The quotation states the available payment methods and agreed payment arrangements. This website does not take payments or collect card details. No particular payment method is promised by the site.
Delivery and dependencies
We hand over the digital work using the email or file-transfer method agreed for the order, to the quoted schedule. That schedule depends on the materials and decisions identified in the scope. Tell us promptly if an input will be delayed; any necessary schedule change is discussed with you.
Revisions and changed requirements
The quotation defines included revisions. New screens, a different resolution or additional content may change the scope. For Monthly Screen Refresh, the period and definition of an update are agreed separately from revisions. There is no automatic renewal or minimum term created by this website.
Your materials and permissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you supply and for having the permissions needed to use it for the project. Give us permission to use those materials to carry out the agreed services. Identify any restrictions before the work begins, and check the wording and details when reviewing the work.
Using the finished work
The quotation sets out the permitted use of the final results. Handover includes ready-to-display files in the agreed specification. Editable source materials are included only where agreed. Delivery does not by itself promise unrestricted rights, ownership of every underlying asset or permission to reuse third-party materials beyond their applicable terms.
Cancellation and refunds
The Delivery & Refunds page explains business cancellation arrangements, consumer cancellation rights, the model form and remedies for faulty work. We provide the relevant cancellation information before a consumer order is concluded.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any conflicting contract term.
Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for carrying out the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. We are liable for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or was contemplated by both parties when the contract was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing here removes statutory remedies.
Ending a business contract
For a business customer, either party may give written notice to end the agreement where the other party materially breaches it and fails to remedy a remediable breach after a reasonable opportunity specified in the notice. The parties may also agree in writing to end the work.
The business customer pays for agreed work properly performed up to termination and any other sums already due under the agreed scope; any advance amount for work not performed is reconciled and refunded as appropriate. No additional cancellation penalty is created by these terms. Any continuing refresh arrangement must define its notice and ending provisions in the quotation.
Complaints
Email us with the order reference, the concern and the outcome you are seeking. We acknowledge the complaint, investigate the relevant files and correspondence, and explain the next step or any further information needed. We keep you informed while it is being considered.
Which version applies
The terms in effect when your order is confirmed apply to that order. Later website changes do not retrospectively change an existing contract. Any agreed change to your order is recorded in writing.
Law and courts
The contract is governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the law applicable to them and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction.
Terms version: 4 November 2026. This version applies to orders confirmed under it.
