A clear place for your message

Example material
Digital signage content design

Give your screens a clear message.

Menu screens, information slides, schedules and promotional displays — arranged around your content, your screen dimensions and the way your files will be played.

Example material · Two display shapes, one considered approach to content.

The packages

A small set, a wider collection,
or a message that needs updating.

Start with the kind of work you need. Each package gives a useful starting point for a conversation; the final screen list and deliverables are defined for your project. An existing screen can need a fresh message just as much as a new display needs its first content.

Screen Starter

Typically five static screens

Bring a contained group of messages into a consistent visual treatment. This is a starting point for a small set of still layouts, with the order and emphasis shaped around the words you need to show.

Inside Screen Starter

Multi-Screen Content

Typically 12 screens in two resolutions

Build a coordinated collection for two agreed output sizes. We define how the content is distributed between those resolutions in the quotation, so the screen count and file list mean the same thing to both sides.

Inside Multi-Screen Content

Monthly Screen Refresh

Typically up to eight updates to existing screens

Keep an established content set relevant when wording or information changes. The monthly period, the existing materials and what counts as an update are agreed before the work is booked.

Inside Monthly Screen Refresh

Your written quotation brings the decisions together: the full price in GBP, applicable taxes, scope, delivery schedule and included revisions. There is no payment step on this website. Read how we define your quotation.

Clear decisions before
the design begins.

A screen brief connects the content with its destination. Knowing what should be seen first, and where the file needs to play, gives the work a practical starting point.

01

Tell us what the screens need to do

Describe the message, the screens already in place and any output requirements you know. If a specification is missing, say so rather than guessing it.

02

Agree the scope in writing

Review the quotation and its deliverable list. Written acceptance is followed by order confirmation, giving the project a shared reference point.

03

Gather the content

Supply the wording, relevant brand assets and confirmed screen details. Mark which information matters most and check that the content is current.

04

Design the agreed screens

Content is arranged to suit the agreed display shapes. Any included revisions follow the written scope, and new requirements are discussed before they are added.

05

Receive the files

The handover contains the display files specified for the project. Editable source materials are part of that handover only when expressly agreed.

A message in context

One clear starting point for the eye.

A headline introduces the subject; the supporting line tells the viewer what to do next. Here the greeting has the most space, while a short instruction sits beneath it. The inset gives both pieces of content room inside the display edge.

Menu items, programme details and promotional wording each need their own reading order. The layout follows that purpose rather than filling every available space.

A few useful things
before you enquire.

What starts the conversation?

A description of your intended content and the display sizes is useful. You can explain any unknown playback details in the enquiry instead of waiting for a complete technical brief.

Are source files automatic?

The default discussion concerns files for display. Tell us if you also need editable materials, so that their inclusion and permitted use can be written into the scope.

How is the price confirmed?

We put the complete project price and commercial details in writing before payment. The package quantities are a guide to the conversation, with the actual work agreed for your screens.
