What we deliver
Your order specifies the screen files, resolutions and content set. Editable materials are included only where the quotation says so. We provide digital handover by the email or file-transfer method agreed for your project; there is no physical delivery.
The delivery schedule
The written quotation states when the agreed work will be delivered and any dependencies on your wording, brand assets, specifications or feedback. If requirements change, we discuss the effect on delivery and record the revised agreement.
Missing or inaccessible files
If files do not arrive or cannot be accessed, email us with your order details and describe the problem. We check the handover, arrange access or resend as appropriate, and explain the next step. Do not include confidential access credentials in the message.
Business cancellation
A business buyer has no statutory cooling-off right. Contractual cancellation arrangements are those agreed in the quotation and Terms of Service. Contact us to discuss ending the work; payment for agreed work properly performed is addressed in those terms.
Consumer cancellation information
The following right applies when you contract as a consumer. This is the Schedule 3 model wording with our details filled in, the footnote choice for services taken, and the two passages concerning goods omitted because we supply none.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (LISTORYN SERVICE PACKAGES LTD, 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE, office@listorynservicepackages.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Starting during the cancellation period
If you want the service to start within the 14-day cancellation period, we ask for an express request before beginning. Starting work does not automatically remove your cancellation right. If you cancel after requesting an early start, the proportionate payment described above applies where the statutory conditions are met.
The right to cancel a fully performed service ends only if performance began with your prior express request and your acknowledgement that the right would be lost once the service had been fully performed. We record any relevant request and acknowledgement with the order.

Faulty or not-as-described work
Tell us what appears wrong and provide the relevant file or a clear description. Consumer services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and match binding information given about them. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies may include repeat performance or a price reduction, which can be a refund. Your legal rights are not affected by cancellation terms.
Complaints about delivery or the work
Write to the public email address with the order reference and the issue. We acknowledge the concern, review what was agreed and delivered, and explain the proposed next step. If information is needed from you to investigate, we say what is required.
Refunds and payment currency
Cancellation reimbursements follow the 14-day deadline and payment-method rules above. Other refunds are handled in line with applicable statutory rights and the agreed contract. Quotations and payments are in pounds sterling (GBP); available payment methods are stated in the quotation.
