Choose the scope your screens need.

Services

Three starting points for content design. The quantities describe typical scope; your written quotation defines the actual work.

New layouts, two output sizes or changes to a current set: choose the closest fit and tell us what your displays need.

Screen Starter

Typically five static screens

For a contained set of still messages.

Included

Static layouts for the content and screen specification listed in your quotation. We arrange headings, detail and visual assets into a coherent small set.

You provide

Your final text, relevant brand assets and the dimensions, orientation and playback requirements for the screens. Identify the purpose of each message.

Handover

Display-ready files for the agreed set. Any editable source materials must be specifically included in the quotation.

Multi-Screen Content

Typically 12 screens in two resolutions

For a collection that needs two specified output sizes.

Included

A coordinated content set prepared for two agreed resolutions. The quotation defines the screen list and how layouts are distributed between the two sizes.

You provide

A screen and content list, approved wording and assets, and both output specifications. Show which messages need to appear in which format.

Handover

The agreed screen files, organised by resolution. The quotation clarifies the number of designs and outputs; this scope does not automatically mean 24 files. Source materials are optional by agreement.

Monthly Screen Refresh

Typically up to eight updates to existing screens

For changes within an established visual treatment.

Included

Agreed updates to existing screen content during the scoped monthly period. We define what constitutes an update in relation to your current materials.

You provide

The existing files or materials available to you, the replacement wording or assets, and the current display requirements. Flag any specification that has changed.

Handover

Updated files ready for the agreed displays. Editable materials are supplied only if included. An update allowance is distinct from any included revisions, and continuing arrangements are set out in writing.

Your written quotation

Make the scope clear before committing.

Send the intended screen list, the materials already available and the output requirements. We use these to define the design work and identify details that still need your input.

Before payment, the quotation states the full price in GBP, applicable taxes, the scope, the delivery schedule and the included revisions. It also sets out payment methods and any agreed source-file arrangements.

For a two-resolution set, the design count and output distribution are explicit. For refresh work, the monthly period and update definition are explicit. Written acceptance is followed by order confirmation.

Your content, checked by you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of supplied information and permission to use the text, images and brand assets. Mark important wording and tell us about any restrictions before work begins.

Design to a defined brief.

Our work follows the agreed content and output specification. Hardware, installation and signage-system operation are outside the advertised scope; playback details inform the design rather than creating a promise of compatibility with every device.

Read how the work progresses and the Terms of Service before agreeing your project.
